Alignment AI LLC operates the Alignment website. Contact contact@alignmentai.co with privacy questions or requests to delete your information.
Website hosting and email
We use Netlify to host this website. Netlify processes technical connection and security information needed to deliver and protect the site. Email registration is currently disabled. Once registration opens, Brevo will be used for email confirmation and delivery. The website does not ask for nutrition goals, health information, or an app account.
Email updates and your permission
When registration opens, we will ask for your email address and your agreement to receive Alignment launch news, product news, and new feature updates. The consent checkbox will start empty. We will record evidence of the wording agreed to and the confirmation result according to the verified signup setup.
The email signup will require confirmation; submitting the form alone will not complete registration. Permission previously given only for launch emails will not count as permission for ongoing product news or feature updates; those subscribers will need to agree to the current wording and confirm the new permission.
Unsubscribing and deletion
When email updates are active, marketing emails will include Brevo's unsubscribe link. You can use that link to stop marketing emails. Brevo will record and enforce unsubscribe requests. Before opening registration, we will verify that earlier confirmation links and repeat submissions cannot undo an unsubscribe.
You can email contact@alignmentai.co with privacy questions or a request to delete your information. We review deletion requests, remove information we no longer have a proper reason to keep, and explain any limited information that needs to remain to honor an unsubscribe or another valid requirement.
Protection and retention
We use measures designed to protect personal information. The currently published website is static and does not operate the previous server-based consent store or accept signup submissions while registration is disabled. Netlify may process connection and security records. Brevo will process email and confirmation records when its signup service is enabled.
We keep personal information only while we have a proper reason and, where needed, your permission. The mailing list is intended for ongoing Alignment news and product updates; it is not automatically deleted after launch. Consent records support the permission you gave, and suppression records help honor an unsubscribe. We review records and delete information when it is no longer needed, subject to the handling of privacy requests and any valid retention requirement.

This notice covers the company website and email signup. The Alignment app requires disclosures matching its own data practices.
